"The hotel is lovely, great location and staff nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful. The only negative is where we had breakfast in the sister hotel across the road. The breakfast was good, however, the staff need to be managed better as we often had to ask them for the cutlery to be replaced or the food to be restocked and it sometimes could do with a tidy up during the service time. If that could be improved, then everything would be perfect. Quality of food was great. "

"Great location in Split next to the Riva. It was convenient to get out and explore. The rooms were super clean, but you could tell it’s an older property. The bathroom doors did not close from the wood having swelled with moisture, and it was hard to open it to get inside. The bathroom smelled terribly and was very small. "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in the annex and it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Very convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the local bus station where you can get buses to the airport and Klis castle etc really easily. About 15 min walk to the palace and waterfront. Roof top pool and hot tubs a massive plus. We would definitely stay again "

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our hotel room was and how it had all the things we were looking for in a hotel such as plenty of hooks for hanging clothes and a heated. drying rack as well as plenty of plug outlets. There were plenty of restaurants around to choose from within walking distance and we could walk along the sea in either direction from the hotel. "If we could rate staff 10 stars, we would. Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without Frane- absolutely amazing- very responsive helpful and courteous. "The perfect hosts and the perfect location. This family run hotel is such a gem. Located so close to the old own of Split its a great location to start exploring the beauty of the city.
