"Very comfortable hotel with lovely grounds and large pool. Specious rooms, excellent shower, quiet and very clean. Great food in the hotel restaurants. A very enjoyable 4-day stay. Note that the hotel is not centrally located, so it's a taxi ride into town, but it's quiet for that reason. "

The only two things that could be better is the air conditioner in the room we stayed in was very weak and we spent much of the night not being able to sleep because of the heat, and the pool was not well maintained and had cloudy water with leaves and bugs in it. "

"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive.
