"Average experience. Because I was a tourist they taxed me but didn’t take advantage too much. The room was nice but I did have a stained towel and the door handle on the front of the door partially fell off . However, where the staff were very friendly, I chose to provide a slightly above average experience due to the service they provided."

To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. "The hotel itself is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff on reception were especially friendly and helpful and arranged restaurant reservations for us and checked ahead with all these restaurants to make sure they catered for gluten free. The restaurant within the hotel is definitely worth a visit, the tasting menu was absolutely stunning and the staff again were so friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
