"Very handy hotel within easy (3min) walking distance of Pisa airport. Rooms are basic but very clean and great for an overnight stay if you have an early flight to catch. We arrived the day before our flight so we're able to leave our bags and spend the day in Pisa (10 mins. from the hotel using the Pisa Mover train at the airport (buy a return ticket - it's slightly cheaper). "

"It was a cute place. They apparently have breakfast but couldn't find it in the morning. It may be at the residence next door. When you arrive, there is a bell by the outside gate to push and the owner will come over. I booked a room with 2 beds as it was me and my teenage daughter. the owner said we could only sleep on the one unless we paid an additional $10 EU."

"Lovely Place,Antonella my host was brilliant and so helpfull. unfortunatly the steak house up the road was closed by the time I finally ventured out that evening but there are other places further towards the town where you can get stuff. good breakfast with a vast choice. short drive to Pisa aswell which is then easy to get onto the coastroad south."

"The property is in walking distance to the airport. We received clear messages from the owner how to access the building and the the room itself. It is very basic but clean, enough for a few days for a stopover. For being close to the airport it is noisy but we were tired so didn’t wake up at night. "

"We had such a lovely time away in Pisa, this is a great place to stay and the location was good too. Things to note that it's a self check in. You have to let them know yoru arrival time 24 hours before. On departure you need to leave some money for city tax (i forgot and had to transfer it after leaving). They owners are contactable on whatsapp but it took over 24 hours to get a response"

It is located very close to the cities of Lucca and Pisa, surrounded by the very well-designed and kept Mediterranean garden with the clean and beautiful pool aria. Our family enjoyed peace and quiet at the time of our stay. Food was great, too. We highly recommend this place. "

"The location is perfect - a few steps away from tower and cathedral. The staff was very responsive via what’s app until we paid local tax and after that she stopped answering. The B&B is located 4 flights of stairs in the building, once we got there, to get to my room I had to climb a narrow spiral staircase with no hot water in the bathroom. My luggage did not fit through the staircase so I had to leave it at the main floor of the B&B. I called and messaged the owner and my questions never got...

"Beware - I booked through Expedia but will not do that again as when couldn’t get a flight in time for the first day, and I tried to change the booking to arrive the second day of my week long stay, it cancelled the whole booking and re-booked at a much higher rate. "Good value for one night and 10min walk to the centre. The parking is street parking which was fine the area felt quite safe. The room was spotless clean and the bed comfortable. The walls although are very thin so you can hear people in the next rooms and upstairs. Plumbing is very noisy. We were kept up and woken up quite early because of noise. Otherwise good stay!"

"This property is extremely phenomenal. It’s built in the 1700s and has been well maintained. The area is 9 minutes from the walled city of Lucca. A taxi will cost you 15 euros there but if you’re up for an excursion the hotel rents bike for 30 euros a day. My wife and I enjoyed our stay because the host and their family are extremely lovely."

"Overall very clean newly refurbished rooms, unfortunately there is only one bathroom / shower area to be shared by all guests. Potentially you could have eight to ten people accessing the bathroom facilities. There appears to be four different rooms on the floor. If you are staying here you have to phone ahead to arrange the handover of the keys as there isn’t anyone on-site "
