It ranges from a faint smell, to more pungent. Definitely not ideal. - fridge in room didn't seem to work "

"JW Marriott is in an excellent location in Polanco. ALL The staff is very courteous and super friendly. I only have two suggestions for the hotel that I think would make the guests even more comfortable. Provide more drinking water in the rooms. And our pillows were a little too firm. I would like to have softer pillows. Other than that JW Marriott is awesome. "

"Had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were wonderful, particularly the beautiful pool and rooftop bar. We very much enjoyed the excellent variety at the breakfast buffet. The serving staff there was great. Especially, Diana, Diego, Edgar and Jethro. The Concierge Diego and all the other Concierge staff gave superb recommendations and made us feel very welcome. "This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...
