"The property is very nice, the pool is superb however they close it very early at 7 pm but I understand they may want to prevent noise for the tenants facing the pool. The staff in general was nice, but a few were a little annoyed by questions. You need a car I will not walk outside the property since it is a main road. They offer a shuttle to the Alvor beach ( it is a public beach) you can inquire if they offer other stops, I am sure Uber works fine too. If dinning in the property make sure to...

"We stayed a week at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the room and other facilities and breakfast buffet were brilliant. What could improve a longer stay (like ours) is more food options for the evening (more casual dining options too), clearer roles for staff serving in the restaurant (some confusion there), and a heated outside spa pool. Other than that - really great!"

"The preservation of the original home and its fine architecture, Brazilian wood, and gorgeous hand painted tiles was meticulous and made for a very special stay. We really enjoyed the incredible presentation of our salt crusted sea bass at dinner. The service and food were top notch. We were also delighted with our gracious room upgrade, bottle of champagne upon arrival. Delightful property!"

The property is beautiful, modern, unique concept, great furniture, partial sea views from the terrace, fully stocked kitchen ( cuttlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans although we have not eaten in the apartment). "Lovely spa and breakfast was excellent. The free workshops that they run on all kinds of holistic therapies was a big plus. The water circuit spa was included in our stay and was lovely to do every day after a day out and about. "
