"I spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and I enjoyed every minute of it. This hotel is so luxurious you will not be disappointed. All the staff were so friendly and very accommodating. The area is perfect, tons of dining options and luxury stores all walking distance. I definitely recommend staying here, 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to return."

"Aside from one rude attendant. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Exterior entry’s and lobby very clean. The exterior of the building may require a facelift. It’s showing its age. Location was good. The beach restaurant doesn’t look like the photographs and charge for day beds even if you are staying at the hotel. "

"Its no longer a 5 star hotel. I'd give it 4 at best and you can tell it has struggled to stay afloat during Covid. I was billed more for booking through Expedia. $450 versus $313 through the hotel. If i paid $313 then I would be somewhat ok with the quality of the hotel but not completely. The hotel needs upgrading. They only offer a sauna room now, no steam room and the sauna needs to be completely redone. It's old. You didn't have proper soap to wash yourself in that sauna room. My card key...
