"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "We were catching a cruise out of Cannes. We came in by train from Nice.The hotel is across the street from the train station at the northern edge of old town. Plenty of cafes and restaurants right out your door. Excellent breakfast from a rooftop venue at the hotel and easy walk to the port."
