"It was a good stay. The hotel staff was pleasant. I had several issues with the hotel room when I checked-in, but they were rectified the next day. Also, the heat in the room did not work and the hotel room was freezing every night because it was cold outside. I did not mention it to the front desk because I did not want to be labeled as a troublemaker. The hotel location was perfect and within a 1/2 hour walk to the City Center in Lisbon. "Area a bit touristy but conveniently located near both Red and Blue metro lines. Easy walk to Chiado and sights. Rossio train station across the street for day trips. Hotel is well maintained with nice breakfast buffet. "
