"Really amazing stay! It is still fairly new so one of the bars on the property was in the process of opening, so we didn’t get to check that out. We had coffee and pastries every morning from the coffee shop in the lobby, as well as a cocktail at the outdoor pool bar. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance for most of our trip, but was a little too chilly in October to enjoy anyways. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was nice, easy to grab a quick bite from but you can get better food...

They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue. "This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great."

"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that.
