"Really amazing stay! It is still fairly new so one of the bars on the property was in the process of opening, so we didn’t get to check that out. We had coffee and pastries every morning from the coffee shop in the lobby, as well as a cocktail at the outdoor pool bar. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance for most of our trip, but was a little too chilly in October to enjoy anyways. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was nice, easy to grab a quick bite from but you can get better food...

"I actually had an issue trying to get a hold of Expedia to move up my reservation by one day. I literally had to chat online with 3 different agents. They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue. They saved my vacation. Thank you so much, guys!! "

"The property is very clean and centrally located near stores and restaurants. It is about a 9 minute walk from the metro blue line. There are quite a few Asian restaurants specifically in this area. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The staff knows the area very well and can give good recommendations. "

"This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great."

"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. "Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Multiple buses pass by the hotel, it would be helpful to have information for visitors regarding such options. It is important to note that the taxi service that the hotel call to transport me back to the airport robbed be by intentionally over-charging me. He said that it is 40 euros when on multiple occasions I was told it is 25 euros. Not Hotel's fault but be aware and perhaps communicate to the taxi company.. "We liked that it was a very good breakfast included. They also.provided dinner for a reasonable price and it was good. So we did not have to go out of hotel to eat. There is no resteraunts or stores close to this Holiday Inn so meals to pay for was a good service. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful."

"Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Our room overlooked Rossio Plaza and the subway line is only a block or two away. There are restaurants, shopping and sites all within walking distance (be forewarned of Lisbon’s hills!). We were greeted with pastries and port wine and the staff gave us sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was also good. The only suggestions I would give the hotel would be to install USB outlets in the rooms and a shelf in the shower. "
