"The hotel was nice and well appointed. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at 4PM after a long travel day. We had to wait until after 5PM to gain access to our room. Also the elevators kept breaking down so there were long wait times to get up and down the hotel. "

"Staff very friendly room and beds were to small for 2 adults and 2 teen boys sat by the pool for one full day not one staff member asked if i would like anything beach very dirty with seaweed other guests walking dogs peeing on beach not as enjoyable as previous two times we've stayed there "
