"Superb hotel. Excellent helpful Staff at front desk, restaurant and pool area. Beautiful grounds, impeccably kept, only problem occurred at end of trip, called bellboy, Took 30 mins to arrive. Not acceptable in a hotel of that size or standard.to have only1 bellboy on duty in the morning when people are checking out "

"Overall, it’s a wonderful property, very secluded and romantic place. However, we found one of the windows curtains were damaged and, the receptionist who welcomed us was a disaster. We asked to see another room, who was available on the site, and he basically refused to show it us. With that exemption, all of the other members of the staff were terrific. We will come back"

"Our favorite place in Palm Springs. Great pool, drinks, service. The beds and bedding are cloud-like. The staff is AMAZING!! You always feel like you get the royal treatment. They even make a personalized engraved brass name plate to put on your door. Thanks CPH!"

"The front desk and valet were very nice. Liked the cool funky 70s decor in room and nice amenities. Chilled out at the pool with drinks and snacks from Lemonade Stand. Later enjoyed room service for dinner. Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful setting and great staff."
