"Our stay at Hotel Le Fontanelle was the highlight of our two week trip to Italy! The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed strolling around the grounds. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had wonderful meals at the hotel restaurant and the restaurants at the Club House. The shuttle service between the hotel, the club house, and the winery was very convenient. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone- we’ll be dreaming about our stay here for a while! "

The property is well located in the Chianti region; lush deciduous forests, orchards, vineyards and a stream nearby. Beautiful old stone buildings have been carefully adapted to create a serene oasis to sit back and enjoy the views of the valley below. The staff was super welcoming, they prepared us a great diner, breakfast and reserved us a cooking class to learn how to make real pasta. It was a peaceful, very cozy and far from tourists.
