"Great location. Easy and beautiful walk to centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Room/bathroom very small but nicely furbished and decorated. Great for a short stay. Housekeeping rather inconsistent in checking coffee/tea supplies and fridge contents. Chocolates left on bed some nights, not others. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice. Swimming pool/sauna and steam area small but adequate and attractively laid out. Would recommend staying."

"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5....

"Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops...

"We had a FABULOUS stay at Can Bordoy for my husbands 50th Birthday! The hotel is just stunning and our suite was so beautiful. So much attention to detail. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning and was delicious. You must dine in the Botànic Restaurant. The food is delicious excellent and the menu is extremely well thought out. This hotel is one of the best I have EVER stayed in. And it really was the team of staff who made our stay perfect. So THANK YOU!! we will definitely be returning to...

"The space is stunning. The staff are lovely and the location is great. Few minor downsides that are annoying for such a new, high end hotel, for example: - plastic water bottles everywhere (gym, spa, room); - weird LED lights in the room (aircon etc) impossible to switch off so none of the ‘pitch black’ I love from hotels; - we checked out two days early due to a home emergency, and whilst we don’t expect any refund, when this has happened in the past, the hotel we stayed at had given us...
