"Room was very clean and very cute. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was great."

"Pretty average hotel, No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. Beds very comfortable on the plus side and rooms cleaned daily. Hotel extremely noisy at night 3 - 4.30am every morning drunken groups shouting and singing loudly. Then refuse lorries emptying bins every morning around 7am. So not much sleep. Meals very basic and repetitive not much to variety. Hotel staff however very friendly. "

"The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with tasty bread, fresh fruit and a good array of cheese, ham, local cooked meats such as sausages and bacon and fruit juices. Very good value. "

"We have been visiting the ilusion for several years and will continue to return due to the warmth and service received from the excellent staff. The food and drinks are perfectly acceptable for all inclusive and the rooms are clean and comfortable."

"Good location a short walk away from the beach. Great pool. Clean room - noisy aircon so the hotel gave another room at no cost. Very nice staff. Not a good food selection from the bar menu - only pizza or baguette recommend to have more options. Spa shop near by. Bus to Palma near by. Luggage storage and able to use the pool and facilities on check out day which was great! Overall a good stay - would recommend. 👍"

"The rooms were clean but you can hear all conversations going on in surrounding rooms and outside! The shower was very dated and didn’t really have the water run properly! "

"Beautiful weather sun by pool all day no shade, very helpful staff they all love English tourist, very quiet day and night, recently been updated,spent three days on deck chairs and swimming in the pool only saw one other person swimming, rooms fully air cons two bathrooms, full cooking utensils , can’t express how much we loved these apartments and will 100% be coming back reviews online are not accurate at all we went the end of June completely silent "

"We were 3 women travelling together. The single rooms were spacious and immaculate. The garden is enclosed with pretty trees, lovely seating areas and a good sized pool. The hotel is excellent value for money, friendly and with a relaxed atmosphere - we would definitely return."

"Staff was lovely but cleaners missed our room twice. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. Had to ask for towels also toiletseat was broken. Breakfast timing and choice of food was excellent. Over all good value for money "
