"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. Thanks for a great holiday! "

"Some tweaks to improve the score -include 1.Telephone entry system needs repair-door bell not working so later guests only let in my mobile alert and 1st guest going down to let them in. 2. Additional set of keys for 3 individual guests would have been helpful. 3. Bath mats & tea towel or clean dish washing cloth or wipes would be helpful for keeping kitchen clean. "
