"Love the breakfast and the staff. Stayed about 10 nights and there were a number of loud parties. Although another room was offered I didn’t want to move. The shower leaked a lot of water across bathroom with each use even after staff came to fix it."

We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...
