"Great location and friendly staff. The concierge staff we talked with were very young, very friendly, and not very knowledgeable about the neighborhood restaurants. They need more training from the hotel, and I'm sure they'll dial it in. But there's a risk in hiring young people who don't come from, or know very much about, Auckland."
