"Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."

"Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! The spa is nice but the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Last year our room was in better condition and seemed cleaner than this year but you do get wear and tear. "Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities.
