"There is NO live person at the front desk. There is NO place to store your luggage. When you check in, they sent you a text with activation code for the door at 3pm and when you check out your access is discontinue at 11am. What we suppose to do with the luggage??? "The staff were nice and friendly, really helpful! The aircon was dripping all night. The noise was so bad, doors slamming residents partying and shouting the worst hotel if you want to try and sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night because our flight got cancelled the next day and we flew one day before and needed a place for the night. "
