"Really lovely staff, delicious food with the AI and premium drinks included. I highly rate the food. Just a few niggles - the entertainment at night was WAY too loud, it would've been enjoyable if they turned the speakers down slightly or moved the speakers further away from the bar area. Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room was serviced every single day, it was just little things like replacing the coffee pods and milk and water bottles which were inconsistent. "Enjoyed our stay here. It's a smaller hotel (compared to the Coral Beach next door), so it's much quieter, especially as there are no children. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. The outdoor pool area was really well maintained and the staff were very attentive (perhaps a little too attentive?). "It’s a 3 start not a 5 star. Property less fancy and maybe a bit more worn down than a fancy new place. A bit out of the way, as is most of the coral beach area. Food (I was half board) was plentiful if not fancy. It’s clean, service was good, and the hotel/pool/bar/beach worked fine. I recommend it highly. "

"Lovely hotel very big. We were only staying overnight. I queued at the bar to order some coffee ( as there was no waiter/waitress to be seen) only to be told they served soft drinks only with no advice on how to get coffees. When I eventually was able to order we then waited a further 20 mins for overpriced coffee."

"Great location. WiFi was good on the first day then went downhill from there. TV only had one English channel (news) both local channels (pik 1&2) we're missing. Teas coffees and water in room were only available on the first day. Coffee and tea was available at breakfast but was hit and miss either too strong or to weak (chef's choice not yours). Breakfast select was good. Covid restrictions we're advised but not policed."
