"The villa in general is really nice. The location is great. I would say our experience could have been better had someone checked over the property before we arrived. The issues •pool was half empty, resulting in filters not working and pool being dirty. •Master bed was broken, I had to sleep on sofa for 3 nights. •outside sunbeds was falling apart. •broken kettle •had a problem trying get get bbq equipment,, part of the management team told me there was none but a couple of days in I found the items so I was able to bbq. •paint coming of walls in areas of the property. All in all it was a nice time away with the family, but I feel some more attention to detail on the maintenance side of the property and this would get full 5 star from me. Would I stay again…. Probably not unless I knew they had put some efforts and funds in to the problems I stated. "

"I knew when I booked for a 14 night stay and communicated with Peter, the owner, that our holiday with four adults, a six year old and twins of 19th months would be perfect at his villa and it was. A big thank you to Peter for his wonderful hospitality. He was so keen to ensure that our stay in the villa went smoothly. We arrived with a taxi from Paphos airport, an exceptional company called Sams Taxis. Cannot recommend then more highly. We arrived at the villa at 10pm. Our first impressions was it was well maintained and most welcoming. The arrival package and the baby equipment that Peter so kindly arranged was all in place. We were most grateful of the the air-conditioning and fans which were much needed as the heat was intense all during our stay. The selling point apart from the sizeable, airy space was the beautiful maintained pool where my family spent many happy hours. The villa was child friendly with a gate to the pool area and at the top of the stairs of the lounge. The villa worked brilliantly for three generations. There was plenty space on the driveway for two hired cars which was a must for us to get to beach and supermarket. We were able to walk to two traditional greek restaurants from the villa which served lovely food and the welcome extremely warm and friendly. George at Anesi even baked a birthday cake for my six year old grandson. It was a great stay and Peter was a fabulous host. Thank you so very much. We know we will return. "

"Akamas Look Out is a very family friendly Villa. It is trhe right size for a familly of 3 children. It is located in a quite spot but close to the beach, town and aminities. It is well maintained and it is reassuring to know that support is never too far. The swiming pool is great and of size that you would expect in a similar property. There is a great facility for doing great BBQs. You certainly need a car to get to town and supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance but virtually impossible if you have children and with the heat. If there is a draw back, they wanted far too much to use the jacuzzi given how much they charge for the daily use of the Villa. There is no dish washer! "

"The propery was lovely and meet our needs. A little dated in the kitchen and lounge but the pool area more than made up for it. I had a few communications with the host prior to our arrival and he was amazing. He responded quickly and was very helpful. He arranged car hire for us which was great value. I would definitely recommend and revisit if I return to Cyprus He"
