"Superb villa - excellent communication from Chris throughout. Perfect location: less than an hour from Paphos airport. Close to amenities but very private and secure. Easy walk to beach and Latchi harbour with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Polis/Latchi beach lovely - never busy and the sea was warm enough to swim. Rented a car to visit Polis (highly recommend restaurant Finikas) A drive along the breathtaking coast to Argaka and Pomos worth doing. Coral Bay with gorgeous sandy beach and newly renovated strip of bars, restaurants and shops only 35 minute drive. Takeaway delivery from Food Overdose and Pizza Master in Polis very handy (especially on the first night). Villa was the cleanest we have ever stayed in and housekeeping visited twice a week with fresh towels. Swimming pool exceptionally clean (although quite cold!) Kitchen equipped with everything you need, including modern gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Welcome pack of the essentials supplied on arrival. Great outside washing line in full morning sun. Lounge comfortable with English channels on TV. WiFi excellent. Bedrooms spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge (although we didn't need it in November) Parking area outside villa. Overall we had an excellent stay - we have already booked for next year! Only one suggestion : maybe supply pool towels?"

"Set in olive and citrus groves 15 minutes walk from Polis centre a well equipped apartment with access to a good sized pool. A peaceful place in a peaceful town. If you like Polis, and we do, this is the sort of property to enjoy the area."

"Amazing villa. The management staff were very helpful and attentive. Pool was so nice and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Beds are quite low on the ground so may not be good for an elderly group. "

"This is an excellent property. Lovely warm private swimming pool. The pool is cleaned every day by Alex. Also there was a full clean of the house and fresh towels and bed linen half-way through our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great: a very short walk (2 minutes) to the beach; and lots of restaurants in walking distance. One restaurant is in effect next door but one. Also there is a small supermarket in walking distance (15-20 minutes). Local taxis if you need them. This means that you do not requirte a hire car."
