Within a short time the duty customer service manager ( Mickey) contacted me and offered me an excellent alternative room on a higher floor that also had double glazing so achieving huge noise reduction. This understanding response was typical of the superb customer service in this hotel. As an owner of multiple businesses myself I am almost incredulous...
