"Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and the facilities were as to be expected Good location to catch the number 2 tram into the city Neighbourhood isn’t the best, and if a fire truck leaves the station on the corner it is a little loud! Only slight improvement I would suggest is that, even though a coffee machine in the room is nice, more than 1 pod in a room for 2 for 2 nights would be helpful, and perhaps don’t charge for the pods at reception?"

"The hotel is located near the train station and very convenient. The staff is friendly. They offer you free drinks if you don't need room service. The breakfast has lots of choices but everyday is the same.the only complain is the sofabed is very uncomfortable."
