"A well located hotel with easy parking next door (NCP slightly discounted). Breakfast was very good with variety and prepared/cooked fresh. Our room was warm and comfortable with good space and city view. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. A glass refillable bottle of water would be a good addition, and still maintain the hotels standard for eco friendly. The tea tray was disappointing against everything else. More variety and quantity of milk would be a welcomed addition. "

"Lovely room and decor! Unfortunately a cup fell on the floor into a corner and when I picked it up it was covered in thick black hair (I am not black haired). So although the centre and the main area of the room was clean and corners were not. Lovely location, I left super early and just got a "thanks" as I checked out. It would have been nice to have had more integrative chats with the staff and maybe even a question like "how is your room?" "How was your stay?". "

"Lovely from start to finish. Highly recommend Jody’s magic hands for a massage in spa6. Only downside was a noisy fridge in the room, and (I never thought I’d say this) an over-attentive waiter trying to take our dinner plates before we’d finished our meal in the Boathouse"

"24 hour reception so no worries about late check-ins… (might have to let them know if there’s a chance of this though?) Room was great for family of four. Rooms are very quiet - I think soundproofed. Breakfast was really great! I only marked it down slightly on the cleanliness etc due to state of carpet in our room but really pleased for the money."

Castellated air shaft, Old Sodbury. Awake! for Morning in the Bowl of Night Has flung the Stone that puts the Stars to Flight: And Lo! the Hunter of the East has caught The Sultan's Turret in a Noose of Light. In fact it is not a Sultan's Turret it is the first air shaft from the west of the Old Sodbury railway tunnel. There is also a mound of spoil dug from the tunnel, and it is 4 o'clock in the afternoon. 364896 shows the same object from a different direction. "Lovely hotel which was well located within the town centre. My partner and I didn't get to use the facilities as much as we had hoped, but we still had a great time, and the spa facilities were the highlight for my partner!. The only downside for me was the size of the gym, which I had hoped would have been be bigger, as everything was crammed on top of each other. Luckily, I was able to use the gym at a quiet time, but I can imagine it would be difficult to move around during peak times."
