"I liked the hotel very much, but the property certainly needs an update. The decor is fine, just rundown. What a beautiful bar, but the wood is chipped and stained. The room was spacious but the furniture was dated. I’ll still visit again, but these superficial things are what keeps this hotel from achieving greater status in my book."

"The hotel was old and badly needs updating in terms of interiors. The elevators were beat-up looking. The bathrooms and rooms were spacious and clean but the furnishings were old. It seems only a piece or two of furniture here and there were reupholstered recently. The sheets were clean but scratchy with low thread count and the pillows although down feathers- was near empty/hollow. The closet pantry was well stocked but smelled awful (at least) in our room. "Castle"

"Very lovely hotel. We enjoyed the relaxing pool / spa area. The tunnels underneath the residences were great to not have to go out into the cold to get to the main building and spa. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend."
