They were eager to fix everything and please us. AC was weak throughout our stay. Bathtub/shower drain was very slow…rooms are very dark, gloomy. Overall is a very nice hotel. The pools, statues throughout property, restaurants all gorgeous."

"More than Excellent small boutiqe hotel in the Senggigi areas. Right by beach, mesmerizing sunset views from the whole hotel place, include your own private terrace. Large, sea view rooms, comfy bed, nice pool area. But 2 things much more than excellent: the staff is superb and really attentive, and the breakfast is delicius and home made. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time!
