"As you’ll have seen from the other reviews, this really is a great place to stay. It’s a new build, so clean and modern. Really enjoyed the outdoor bathroom. The staff were exceptional. I was not able to fly in due to the volcano eruption and there is no sympathy from the hotel to offer refund. they just bluntly ask me to reschedule my flight when it is not even safe to fly in.
