"One of the most beautiful settings and surroundings of all the places we stayed in Bali. Beautiful sunsets from the beach, pool or our balcony. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. We took the sunset dinner cruise while staying there. Very much worth the money. "

"We stayed in a villa at the hotel. It was fantastic. Large comfortable rooms with huge bathrooms. A patio outside to relax or hang clothes and towels after using the nice pool or beach was a nice plus. The restaurant was good, with a variety of dishes. And there are beautiful sunsets. A perfect place for relaxing. "

"This hotel is nothing fancy but the staff are kind, helpful, and friendly. The price is so worth it with free airport shuttle and breakfast. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Furnitures are kind of old but in working conditions. We stayed here to 3 nights and we enjoyed it. "

"A quiet and peaceful stay inundated room right next to the pool. The free shuttle to the airport is a plus, and it was a 6 minute moped ride into the main town using the Grab app. Pool was relaxing to sit by. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay. "

"I stayed a total of three nights in this property - one before and two after the liveaboard. Clean room. adequate amenities. nice view of the harbor from the roof deck. very central. while it can get a little loud from the nearby bars, the noise tones down by 10pm. nice rooftop bar and restaurant with plunge pool and views. Will stay here again when I get back."

"The rooms were nice and light, spacious, and airy. The hotel was nice and modern although there were a few areas where you could see already that there will be wear and tear. The infinity pool was very nice and great view of the harbour at sunset. There isn’t much to do in Labuan bajo itself but the hotel is well located for the airport / town / port / food night market. This was a good one night stop after arriving in Labuan Bajo and before departing on a Komodo cruise the next day."

"This place is a bit far from the touristy areas, so you will need to use a grab bike to get around. If it’s not too hot, you can also walk. Staff was friendly, rooms were super clean and no frills. I’d stay here again, for sure (though don’t k ow when)"

"Check-in was great. The reception was friendly and helpful with my ordering of grab food and transport the following day to the airport. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. "The hotel had an excellent view of the harbor and was well maintained. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and communicated well. The only complaint I have is the noise from the boats in the harbor and the staff cleaning carts can be heard early in the morning. "

"I had a great stay at The Jayakarta Suite Komodo Flores. Staff and manager were really lovely and helpful. It’s a bit far from town but the hotel provides a regular shuttle bus service if you want to go out for lunch or dinner. The pool and room was very nice looking out to sea, and the garden and grounds are attractive. Buffet breakfast was included in my price, and they had a good selection of Indonesian and western foods, plus fruit and coffee. There’s a gym and massage service, but I didn’t use these. I highly recommend The Jayakarta Suite Komodo Flores for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Labuan Bajo and I would stay here next time I visit."
