"Great hotel in a great location. Easy walk from train station. Close to town square, sites and restaurants. Very noisy one night from kids on street emptying out of bars. Not their fault, just wished it hadn’t happened. Otherwise, great stay. "

Little pool and sauna to use with soft towels and dressing gowns and slippers available. Staff extremely polite and helpful. All in all an absolutely great stay. Only slight disappointment was there wasn't a bar but you only needed to venture outside for an enormous choice available to you. "

Room functionality was off you can hear what happens in the room next to you: we woke up one night from people having sex. Very clear audio. Everytime other room occupant close the door, the lamps in our room would shake loudly. Function for...

"Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes. "
