"This was my first time in Krakow in 7 years and my first with my wife instead of friends so this time around I wanted a nice hotel. This really didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location really is brilliant as it’s a 5 min walk to the centre of the Square. Most importantly though, the room was immaculate and exactly what we needed after days of about 20k steps seeing what Krakow had to offer. We’re already planning on going back next year and I wouldn’t stay anywhere...

"We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. "Place was so modern and perfect for any length of stay. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a godsend after cold walks around the city! The kitchen had what we needed. The bed was so spacious and insanely comfy. If I had to find a fault it was that we could hear the nearby church at the palace which chimes every 15mins but didn't keep us awake and had to really listen out for it. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally...

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"
