"Charming "little" boutique hotel. Our room felt kind of like a dorm room, but that was fine. Breakfast was available, but with no "cooked" items (bacon, eggs, waffles, etc.) Safe, quiet neighborhood with the tram within 2 blocks. Very friendly staff. Would recommend!"

For the price that I paid for the room, I would say it was reasonable for its size, quality, and features.
