"This is the 3 rd time we have stayed at the Wild Boar and we decided to Upgrade our room this time . Unfortunately the shower had not be cleaned and had cobwebs hanging from It clearly Indicating it had not been cleaned throughly for some time . All staff were friendly and the meals are fantastic unfortunately the standard of cleanliness of the shower somewhat tarnished the stay as the room upgrade was significantly more expensive than the standard rooms. "

"Visited over Christmas/ new year period. Owners & staff were excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Room and en-suite kept spotless, Guest House is located within 15 mins walking distance of Keswick centre, and is located in a picturesque and nice quiet spot. Breakfasts were very good. Will definitely stay again."

"Beautiful property in a beautiful environment! Rooms well equipped and bathrooms very modern with high end toiletries. Restaurant excellent and Dan, the host and waiter was wonderful! Very attentive, friendly, appropriately humorous and very professional. The food was all excellent. We only stayed for 1 night but will definitely go back when we can. Would highly recommend!!"
