"Great hotel, great staff, within walking distance from basically everything important in Munich! It’s right next to the main train station, separated by hotel’s courtyard. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not the greatest due to the proximity to the central station, however, it’s very safe and secure. Staff are excellent and in any imaginable way professional. House keeping was hit and miss and inconsistent depending on who’s shift it was… Some days we returned to a room with replenished toiletries and coffee/tea, fresh towels, chocolates on nightstands, water bottles, etc., and some days only beds were made and used towels were collected -nothing else done.
