"Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 5 nights, room looked the same as the photos. Cleaned every day and bottled water provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrobes were ideal as we used the wellness centre. I'd recommend using wellness centre if you have time and book yourself a treatment, we did and it was very relaxing. "Great quiet hotel in Porto. Just don’t believe the photos that make you believe you’re getting a balcony on the luxury suites. It’s only a window, amazing view, yes, but only if you sit at the window. Hotels.com need to remove misleading photos. "

"The staff at the hotel were all friendly, attentive and helpful. We were initially unsure of the location with it being the other side of the river, but think this was the better location as everywhere was downhill on the way back, and you have a good view over Porto with lots of nice places to eat out!
