"We had a private room with shared bathroom in the Rivoli Cinema Hostel for 3 nights. It is in walking distance to most of the sights, tours and supermarkets. The kitchen was well equiped, the shared bathrooms were clean and our room was comfortable. It is a bit noisy with the traffic, but it is to be expected on this location.The staff was fun and very helpful. The cinema theme is everywhere, in all the small details! Great home base in Porto!"

"Very basic accommodations. The trade off is the cheap price and excellent location for shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Selina next door. It was nice that they included towels (many hostels charge a rental fee), but they were threadbare. The kitchen has no stove, only a microwave. "We absolutely loved our stay. It was cosy and clean at a good location near restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use any form of public transportation. Amenities were good - the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were able to store our luggages after check out. Veronica who runs the place was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall no complaints. If there was one thing that we had to fault - it would be no full length mirrors. But this is a really minor point"
