"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. Our rooms and all of the many restaurants, spa experiences, and views were exceptional. Above all, the concierge service was fantastic from advising us before our stay, during our stay, to...

"This is a delicious and well-run property with a long history. Everything was perfect..almost. Our suite was very comfortable, but it was VERY dark inside. It was long and the only natural light is from the door (glass). That was our main criticism. The only other little quibble is there was absolutely nowhere to hang our sumptuous robes, and so the cleaning crew (and it WAS a crew) took to hanging them on the shower door or folded (wet) by the tub."

"We were upgraded to a very nice and large suite which was great. Very comfortable. Amazing but rather open plan bathroom which was fine, other than the open plan toilet (which had no door). Dining was good and enjoyable. Large swimming pool. Understaffed at times. Overall recommended. "

"La literie dans la roulotte n'est pas bonne du tout ayant réservé pour deux nuits nous avons demandé à changer la deuxième nuit pour dormir dans l'hôtel meme avec un supplément ce qui nous a été refusé alors qu'il restait des chambres. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas a la hauteur du nombre d'etoile ! Tres decevant !"
