"We were given an apartment on the ground floor next to the lift and the entrance the to property. The spa facilities were extremely smelly and unusable, nor did they work on several days. "It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it. "
