"Pullman Phu Quoc is an immaculate luxury resort in the south of Phu island. I stayed in one of their ocean facing premium rooms on the 8th floor where I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from near the top floor. The room itself had modern amenities and the staff and room service were impeccable. The hotel itself was the same: Beautiful grounds with plenty of pools and a private beach area. There are two restaurants: salt & pepper, which was great, and mad cow, which had excellent staff and views but...

"The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location. It was very quiet. We stayed in one of the rooms by the beach and the view was spectacular, especially of the sunsets each day. Service was a bit slow in the restaurant but breakfast was self serve and well stocked. Would highly recommend this hotel"

The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "Massive property.. Not sure i was expecting such a large property. With a large guest count as well. The beachfront is a large social gathering. The food and drink prices are inflated. But fair in my opinion. Its a large 5 star property. Nothing to be shocked about. Definitely a great place to visit for a couple of nights "

"We had a lovely stay here - however a few things could have been better, seating / deck chairs and shade are a major problem. The pool has very limited loungers as does the beach, one day we had to lie on bean bags which was fine but there’s no umbrellas so unless your under a palm tree or want to sit in the sun your sort of stuck for options. For a 5 star resort I would expect a bed and shade! Room was beautiful, breakfast was great - staff were okay, I wasn’t allowed to take a coffee out...
