"This is a convenient and friendly hotel. Each floor has a unique design, but without compromising convenience for "creativity". The staff is iinvariably helpful and responsive - with both internal hotel matters and outside bookings and recommendations. Not in the very center of the city. Yet, the hotel is just a 15 mins trip from the airport and it has a short and easy public transport, walking and taxi connection to the central parts of Madrid, as well as to various parks and attractions...

"Top notch location, staff, hotel, room, amenities. Nothing about the hotel was plain and simple. Elegant and tastefully done. Bed was very comfortable. The room was so inviting you wouldn't mind staying in and ordering room service. Staff made us feel special, accommodating every request we made!
