"Noisey with a lot of crying children near the garden delux rooms, the kids zone was closed due to maintenance which was frustrating since travelling with younger children. Seen a child vomit in garden bed and watch staff throw a bucket of water over it. Gross. Sadly I don’t think we will return after staying there half a dozen times in the past. "

No request was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Only one criticism would be décor of room was a little dated and worn. "I had a great experience at the hotel. They have lot of dining options and a shuttle available to go to Ubud City. On my last day I had a negative experience with breakfast. I had explained about the egg allergy. They brought meal with egg. They took it back and removed the egg from my plate. I kindly explained that they need to remove the areas that there were bits of egg. They took it back and did the same thing again. I gave up and ate a bit of my breakfast and lost my interest in eating....
