"The Hilton at Cairns has a great location, all the amenities and friendly professional staff. However, the building is a bit tired and we experienced a few issues with the AC being loud and the toilet seat was broken when we arrived. Having said that the staff worked very hard and appeared to be run off their feet at times. Which caused them to miss a few things including our dinner order and towels in our room. "

"Our stay at Peppers was overall pretty good. The pool is amazing, the breakfast was great and the location was fantastic if you’re looking to just try out some great restaurants. A couple of call outs - the staff are amazing. The room we were initially booked into smelly strongly of mould. The staff quickly moved into another room which was fantastic, it was newly refurbished and it was such a beautiful room, they did this straight away without hesitation and it was really great customer...
