"From checking in at the bar you know that the quality of the room is going to be of a good standard as the pub itself is very nice modern but still classic feel of a country pub. Ate in the pub 1st night of the stay and food was a very standard and reasonably priced for the quality. Only slight negative we had was that although it’s in a quiet village a lot of traffic seems to come through it and can be heard in the accommodation. "This was an overnight stay while working locally and this place was chosen for its location and the fact that it’s a pub as well. The room was nice but could do with some TLC but I was very comfortable. The bar area was a little cold but I soon warmed up with the lovely food that was on offer and the staff were really friendly and helpful which is why I would recommend this place to others thinking of staying here."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Blaisdon House. Our room with the four poster bed was beautiful and charming, we felt truly relaxed. Breakfast was set in a stunning dining room, the attention to detail of the table setting was wonderful and very much enjoyed. Choice of breakfast was also great, with classics and modern dishes to choose from. Staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We know we will be back when we visit the area again. "The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better. "
