"Beautiful hotel with amazing grounds, huge room and lots of luxurious touches. The beds were comfortable and the big round bath was something else. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were relaxing in the residents’ lounge. "We had a short break at Stoke Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very special place and the grounds are fantastic. A highlight was the swimming pool which was very warm, we'll maintained and beautiful with lots of natural light and a big fish tank at the back. The gardens are beautiful and the playground was of very high quality and provided great entertainment for the kids (7 & 3). David at reception was extremely friendly and helpful.
