"very well maintained hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. the restaurants were good and the bar had nice hot and cold drinks options. the staff were always smiling, and very nice and helpful, especially Jennifer. the hotel is conveniently also located close to the university and hospital, so it can be ideal if you have frequent trips there, although it can be quite expensive."

"Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. Did not bother showing it to the staff - what would they do besides apologise."
