One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "We were there to visit the Battle of Waterloo site. Its not close to the hotel of course but since we have a car it was convenient. Hotel looks newly renovated. Really classy, very spacious and very clean. Love the breakfast. Friendly staff. "
