"Very comfortable hotel in the centre of Bath, close to the Roman Baths and restaurants. Excellent staff who were really focused on customer service and on making our stay a great experience. I hope to stay here again when next in Bath"

We had room upgrade and this room had everything, as well as a shower there was a bath in the bedroom very quirky. We need to return and next time make it for longer."

"Have stayed here many times over 30+ years. Still feels special after so many visits and highly highly recommended. Staff are great, location & setting can't be beaten and restaurant does fabulous breakfast and afternoon tea (haven't eaten dinner there so can#t comment on that but suspect also great!) Only thing to be aware of is that this is a Grade 1 listed building so that limits what they are allowed to do re modern plumbing etc so if a high pressure shower is a must then you'll have to...
