From our arrival to our departure, the staff greeted us with smiles and was very accommodating and friendly. We traveled with three small children and our every request was met. The concierge arranged for transportation to and from the hotel and went above and beyond our late arrival to make sure that we were able to order room service before the kitchen closed. If you are a family who likes to travel and truly appreciates the amenities a property has to offer, look no further. Highly recommend the room with a sea view and your own pool or jacuzzi. "

"The hotel was very welcoming, clean and very well decorated. It was situated just out of the town of Tsilivi, but close enough to walk to the many restaurants in the town and only a short walk from the beach. The hotel grounds were always will looked after and the 2 pools were sparklingly clean. Nice that one of the 2 pools was for adults only. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well and quietly in the background. The only issue we had was our keycard to our door stopped working, but that was fixed straightaway. This leads me to the best part about this hotel, the staff, always willing to help and very courteous. Special thanks to Dimitri, who makes an excellent cocktail and Anastacia, who looked after us at the pool bar! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. "
